I believe we all get a say in how we age.
I believe regular movement, good nutrition, well-managed stress levels, connections with like-minded people, and a general sense of purpose & faith positively affect our wellness.
I believe, with a little bit of effort everyone can have highly functional and enjoyable later years.
I also believe that taking an active role in one’s wellness shouldn’t mean unreasonable restrictions and/or unattainable goals.
Your healthy aging journey should be about finding a sustainable and enjoyable path that works for you. And that is why our time together is collaborative. I’ll learn about you, your interests, preferences, and your current fitness level. We’ll evaluate your existing patterns to better appreciate your desire for change.
I will meet you where you are today in order to help you get to where you want to be tomorrow.
As your seniors' fitness specialist / personal trainer, certified health coach, osteoporosis fitness specialist and/or holistic nutritional advisor I am here to get and keep, you moving in the right direction – literally and figuratively – as well, I will encourage you, advise you, prompt you, educate you, support you and cheer you on!
