This FREE program provides a glimpse into my Healthy Eating/Healthy Body offerings.
The program includes a 6-day healthy eating plan. On Friday, September 6th, you receive the menu and recipes. It consists of an easy-to-prepare breakfast, lunch, supper, and snacks for Monday through Saturday.
I will also be leading a Tabata class via Zoom at 10:00 AM MST on Saturday, September 14th. This short but efficient workout is aimed at getting your heart rate up and includes some strength training exercises, as well as a warm-up and cool down/stretch. I encourage participants to work at their own pace for this 35-minute class.
