As The Healthy Aging Coach, my mission is to empower middle-aged and older adults to live vibrant, active, and healthy lives through personalized fitness for seniors, nutrition coaching, and lifestyle guidance. I am dedicated to helping my clients build strength, improve balance and mobility, and make sustainable healthy choices that support longevity and overall well-being.

Your Coach

Tricia, The Healthy Aging Coach, is a Health Coach Alliance Licensed Health Coach™ (HCA-LHC™) and is certified in Holistic Nutrition (CHN). As a canfitpro Personal Training Specialist and Fitness Instructor, she focuses on fitness for seniors, helping them achieve their wellness goals. Tricia holds certifications in Health & Wellness Coaching, Seniors Fitness, and is a Science of Stretching™ Certified Coach. She completed the Applied Nutrition Diploma specializing in Sports and Fitness from alive ACADEMY, enhancing her expertise in nutrition coaching. Additionally, she is a certified Osteoporosis Fitness Specialist and an FAI (Functional Aging Institute) Certified Functional Aging Specialist. Currently, Tricia is furthering her knowledge by studying kinesiology.
