A fun, functional group fitness class designed to support strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility in a welcoming environment. Classes use an interval format with options always provided, allowing you to work at your own pace while building confidence and energy.
Held at the Scenic Acres Community Association (NW Calgary), this class is suitable for adults of all fitness levels, including seniors and those newer to exercise.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Equipment: Light to medium dumbbells and a yoga mat
