Our first of 4 meetings is a body diagnostic session used to assess movement and inform the design of your personalized program. Following that, we meet in person, 3 more times, every 4 weeks, to introduce and demonstrate your new workout plan, so you feel confident using proper form and technique.  Then, you’ll complete your workouts independently between sessions, with confidence and clarity, supported by Trainerize and regular coach check-ins to keep you consistent, motivated, and progressing even on your busiest days.

  • Combining services is available, with options and pricing discussed on an individual basis.
     
  • Services may be delivered in person (NW Calgary & surrounding area) or virtually, depending on the offering.
     
  • Individual one-on-one fitness sessions start as low as $74.
    Coaching sessions start at $65.
    Personalized Healthy Eating Plans start at $70/week.
    Program packages are recommended.
     
  • Discounts may be offered for bundled services or multi-session commitments.
     
  • A Body Diagnostic Session is required for all multi-session fitness packages and ongoing training programs and carries a single-session fee. For single-session bookings, the need for a Body Diagnostic Session is determined based on individual needs and goals.
     
  • Single or multi-session packages are available.
